1. Where can I order the t.bone products?

All the t.bone products are distributed and sold worldwide by Thomann. Through many years of partnership and experience with Thomann, we can guarantee the best customer service and order processing.

2. How much is shipping for one or more products?

Shipping costs vary depending on the order quantity and your location. An overview of shipping costs and delivery times worldwide can be found on the Thomann overview page.

3. What happens if I receive a damaged product?

All packages sent by Thomann are insured. If you receive a damaged product, you can return it via Thomann customer service. You can also use the “return product” form.

4. Are there any shops where I can buy the t.bone products?

You can see and try all our products in the Thomann Shop in Treppendorf, Germany. There is also the possibility to view products virtually via the Thomann live video chat.

5. Which headphones are the right ones for me?

First, we need to clarify which application you need headphones for. We distinguish between closed-back, semi-open, and open-back headphones. Closed-back headphones create a seal between your ears and the environment. Open-back and semi-open headphones fit more loosely on the ear. They do not completely shield the ear from the outside so that sounds from the surroundings are fully or partially perceived.

6. Can I connect Bluetooth headphones to an instrument or use them in the studio?

Bluetooth is generally not suitable for these applications, as it induces too much delay (latency).

7. I’m looking for an accessory. Where can I find it?

8. What’s the deal with all the different frequencies for wireless systems?

When it comes to wireless systems for microphones, in-ear monitoring or instruments, there are a few things to keep in mind. Each product transmits in a specific frequency band. But not every frequency band is free to use or available in every country due to local regulations.
