A fully-featured mic, ideal for capturing vocals
Its sensitivity of 25 mV/Pa allows the user to maintain a comfortable distance from the mic without loss of quality, whilst the maximum Sound Pressure Level (SPL) is 140 dB. That allows for the SC 420 to capture a wide range of volumes. The SC 420 USB is easy to set up in the studio or on location.
Capture vocals and monitor directly
The SC420 features a built-in 16 bit / 48 kHz audio interface and is completely plug and play. It has a built-in headphone socket for zero latency monitory of the microphone and any audio routed to it via the connected computer. This means that once you have plugged the microphone into your computer or mobile device (iOS requires a camera connection kit adapter), you’re ready to go live! A mute button allows you to quickly cut the audio input directly on the mic. The SC 420 comes supplied with its own tabletop stand, pop shield, windscreen and shock mount, all contained in a handy PVC case.
All you need to capture great quality audio
The pop shield eliminates annoying plosives and the shock mount isolates the microphone from any knocks or movements to the surface it is placed on. The stand gives the mic a solid base on which to keep the mic in a perfect position. When recording outside, the foam windscreen gives suitable noise reduction from the wind and background noise. The t.bone SC 420 comes with a USB cable and a superb bundle of audio software including Cubase SE (with 23 VST audio effects), HALion Sonic SE 3, Groove Agent SE 5 and over 5GB of sounds and loops.
